Pop-up stores, built in the factory, open overnight.
A pop-up lives or dies on speed: the venue confirms late, the campaign date doesn't move, and the mall only lets you build after closing time. Happ Exhibition has been building pop-up stores, retail kiosks and brand campaign installations in Thailand since 2004 — for Philips, EA7 Emporio Armani, Pralet and, season after season, Chanel's visual-merchandising programme across its Thai counters.
Everything is fabricated and pre-assembled in our three Pathumthani factories, so the pop-up arrives at the mall as a finished kit: flooring, plinths, counters, lightboxes and props. We install overnight in operating centres like Siam Paragon and Central Chidlom, keep it perfect for the run, and dismantle just as cleanly when the campaign ends — the same discipline we apply to permanent boutiques, compressed into days.

Questions we hear often
Who builds pop-up stores in Thailand?
Happ Exhibition Co., Ltd. — a design-build fabricator founded in 2004 with three factories (11,300 sqm) in Pathumthani near Bangkok. We design, manufacture and install pop-up stores, retail kiosks, event retail zones and visual-merchandising campaigns inside Thailand's major shopping malls, for brands including Philips, EA7 Emporio Armani, Pralet and Chanel.
What makes Happ Exhibition different from other pop-up builders?
Precision, and the range of brands that trust it. A pop-up from our factory is built with the same millimetre discipline as the Chanel, Gucci and Shiseido fixtures on our benches — documented five-step QC, finishes that survive a full campaign — and we bring that standard to local Thai brands like Pralet and Pañpuri as readily as to international houses like Philips and EA7 Emporio Armani. Fast does not mean rough: that is the difference.
How fast can a pop-up store be built?
The on-site phase is overnight: the pop-up is fabricated and pre-assembled in our factory, then installed after the mall closes so it trades the next morning. We routinely swap Chanel's seasonal visual-merchandising campaigns across multiple counters in a single night. Overall lead time depends on design complexity and material availability — contact us with your campaign date and we will work backwards from it.
Do you handle design as well as production?
Yes — we are design-build. Our in-house team can take a pop-up from concept and 3D design through shop drawings, mall approval, fabrication, graphics and props to overnight installation, or we can build precisely to your agency's or brand's existing design.
Can you install a pop-up inside an operating mall or department store?
Yes, that is our standard method. We have built pop-ups and campaign installations on trading floors at Siam Paragon, Central Chidlom, EmQuartier and department stores nationwide — moved in through protected logistics after closing and ready before doors open.
What happens when the campaign ends?
We dismantle overnight and hand the floor back to the mall in its original condition. Where the brand plans further activations, fixtures are built so key components can be refurbished and redeployed.
